There's a new boss in Alyssa Milano's house: her baby boy! 

The actress, 38, and husband David Bugliari welcomed a son named Milo Thomas Bugliari on Wednesday at 9:27 a.m. He weighed 7 lbs., and was 19 inches long.

In March, Milano announced on Twitter that she was expecting a boy.

The actress told PEOPLE she was having a lovely pregnancy and knew her husband would be "the most amazing father ever."

And before she even met her son, he was already making her laugh. Milano told PEOPLE in May, "Every time I get an ultrasound, he's doing really funny things like sucking his thumb or elbowing me."

Milano and Hollywood agent Bugliari wed in 2009, and this is the first child for both.

Just days after snagging honors at the MTV Video Music Awards for best male video, Justin Bieber hit a slight bump in the road.

The pop star, 17, walked away unharmed after he was involved in a minor fender bender in his Ferrari Tuesday afternoon in Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Police Department confirms to PEOPLE.

"No one was injured, and there was no damage to either vehicle," a statement from the LAPD says.

An LAPD official says Bieber was driving through Studio City when the driver of a Honda Civic crashed into his Ferrari, which he says sustained some minor damage.

"There was no crime, and it was just a minor accident," patrol officer John Seffel tells PEOPLE. "It was so minor, so we didn't file a report."

When police arrived, the paparazzi was at the scene, although it was not known whether the vehicle that hit Bieber's belonged to a photographer

And you thought Kim Kardashian's wedding was over-the-top.

British heiress and socialite Petra Ecclestone, the 22-year-old daughter of former Armani model Slavica and billionaire Formula One CEO Bernie Ecclestone, exchanged vows Saturday with businessman James Stunt in a three-day event just outside of Rome.

The wedding took place at Castello Orsini-Odescalchi, the castle where Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes wed in 2006. The bride arrived to the nuptials in a white Rolls Royce and wore a gown by Vera Wang for the outdoor ceremony.

Eric Clapton and the Black Eyed Peas performed for 350 guests – including the Hilton sisters and Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie – at the wedding reception, which also featured fireworks and an acrobatics show. Their engagement party in London in May included a performance by Rihanna.

"The wine and champagne list was really out of the ordinary – even for our standards," a employee of the company that catered the reception tells PEOPLE. "Exclusive French wines were flown especially in."

A media darling in the U.K., Ecclestone made headlines in the States in July, when she purchased Aaron and Candy Spelling's former home in Los Angeles for $85 million. "The Manor" is the largest residence in Los Angeles County.

Ecclestone works as a fashion designer and will release her new Starks handbag line in the States this fall. She had meningitis as a child and now serves as an ambassador for the Meningitis Trust. She and Stunt have said publicly that they've signed a pre-nuptial agreement.

Leave it to Beyoncé to steal the spotlight at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards.

But it wasn't one of the pop diva's signature show-stopping performances that had people talking. Instead, it was Beyoncé's burgeoning baby bump, swathed in an orange gown.

Beyoncé, 29, posed for photos with her hands cradling her belly, teasing, "I have a surprise!"

"I'm happy to say it's true," her rep confirms to PEOPLE.

Later, during the show, she performed "Love on Top," introducing the song by telling the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live crowd, "I want you to stand up on your feet. I want you to feel the love that's growing inside me."

After her song, she unbuttoned her sparkling jacket and rubbed her stomach. The crowd roared.

"They told friends in the last month," a source tells PEOPLE. "She's never been happier. Seriously it's all she's been waiting for. And Jay is like an excited kid. They're adorable."

This will be the first child for Beyoncé and her husband of three years, 41-year-old Jay-Z, who performed "Otis" at the VMAs with Kanye West.

Just in June, Knowles, who turns 30 on Sept. 4, told Piers Morgan, "I always said I would have a baby at 30."

Looks like the talented singer is true to her word!

Sean Penn has a new lady in his life and her name is Shannon Costello.

The couple took their romance public at the beginning of July and have been spotted together on the beach in Malibu, at Nobu earlier this month, and dining out in Miami.

Costello, initially misidentified by the media as Stacey Koplin, is the former communications director of the actor's J/P Haitian Relief Organization. She and Penn first met in fall 2009 and became friends. Costello began working with J/P in 2010.

Costello, 26, also worked on Davis Guggenheim's documentary Waiting for Superman and has worked at ABC News' 20/20. Along with Brian Grazer, she will be a producer for Ron Howard's film, Under The Banner of Heaven, which is in development.

Penn will next be seen in the drama This Must Be The Place, which just premiered at Cannes.

When your parents are Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, you're guaranteed to get a taste of different cultures around the world.

But one member of the Jolie-Pitt brood seems to have taken that one step further.

On Monday, the architecture-loving Pitt and Jolie booked a private tour of Hill House, the Charles Rennie Mackintosh-designed home in Helensburgh, Scotland, near where the family is staying. Afterward, the couple was spotted picking up souvenirs at the gift shop (including novelty pencils for the kids), and sat down to a traditional supper, where Maddox showed off his surprisingly sophisticated palate.
According to The Scottish Sun, Maddox, 10, was the only child to take a liking to haggis, a dish made up of sheep's heart, liver and lungs, combined with oatmeal, onion and other ingredients. (Quite a far cry from the "Nemo" fish nuggets on the menu on the family's recent dinner out.)

The family's latest Scottish adventures have also included a visit to the local headquarters of HALO, a non-profit mine-clearing organization that Pitt and Jolie support. On her Sunday visit to HALO, Jolie brought four of the children, who played with the founder's kids for most of the day while Mom got down to business with a 7-hour briefing.

Pitt and Jolie moved Maddox, Pax, 7, Zahara, 6, Shiloh, 5, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 3, to Scotland while Pitt wraps up filming for World War Z.

With her soft, wistful expression and Old Hollywood glamour, Frances Bean Cobain's style is about as far as she can get from that of her parents, the late grunge rocker Kurt Cobain and her wild child mom, Courtney Love.

A new series of photos, taken by fine art photographer Rocky Schenck, captures the now-blonde 19-year-old alternating between sultry and sweet poses.

Cobain, an artist, also posed for some wildly different shots by Hedi Slimane that appeared earlier this month. In that set, she was a brunette shown smoking and covered in tattoos.

The earlier photos prompted a flurry of fashion buzz, with some calling her the next "It Girl," and The New York Times calling Cobain's emergence "one of the most anticipated comings of age in recent pop cultural history."

She's done other shoots in the past, including a spread for Harper's Bazaar when she was just 15, though she said she wasn't courting fame.

"These people are fascinated by me, but I haven't done anything," she says. "If you're a big Nirvana fan, a big Hole fan, then I understand why you would want to get to know me, but I'm not my parents."
