And baby makes four: Kourtney Kardashian and longtime love Scott Disick are expecting their second child, a source tells PEOPLE.

Kardashian, 32, and Disick, 28, who have been together for four years – on a sometimes rocky road involving their relationship – will also soon be celebrating son Mason Dash Disick's birthday. He turns 2 on Dec. 14.

As the Kourtney & Kim Take New York star told PEOPLE during her first pregnancy, "This baby was unexpected, but it's 100 percent a blessing."

Soon after Mason's arrival, Kourtney's younger sister, Khloé Kardashian, even remarked on what a change he brought to her sibling, Tweeting: "Wow my sister has changed. She used to whip her boobs out for no reason. Now she does it to feed her child."

Has Sara Gilbert found new love?

The actress and co-host of The Talk, who recently ended her relationship with her partner of 10 years, Allison Adler, was photographed holding hands with musician and producer Linda Perry as the pair left a grocery store in West Hollywood over the weekend.

Earlier this month, Gilbert, 36, and Perry, 46, were photographed together at the 40th Anniversary gala for the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center.

It also appears the two may have spent the holiday together.

On the day before Thanksgiving, Perry Tweeted: "Grocery shopping with @THEsaragilbert. Her contribution: breaking the balsamic vinegar trying to figure out if she had spotted Bill Cosby."

Perry, the former lead singer of 4 Non Blondes, is the songwriter and producer behind hits such as Pink's "Get the Party Started" and Christina Aguilera's "Beautiful."

Guy Ritchie and Madonna weren't exactly on the best terms when their eight-year marriage ended in 2008 -- but that's all water under the bridge now.

"I enjoyed my first marriage. It's definitely not something I regret. The experience was ultimately very positive," Ritchie, 43, tells the December/January issue of Details. "I love the kids that came out of it, and I could see no other route to take."

"But you move on, don't you?" the Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows director adds. "You're right, I stepped into a soap opera, and I lived in it for quite a long period of my life. I'll probably be more eloquent on it 10 years from now."

Ritchie -- who has one biological child with Madonna, son Rocco, 11 -- adds that "when you end up with a lot of the things you set out to chase and find that you've stumbled into all sorts of hollow victories, then you become deeply philosophical."
"I'm quite happy that that experience was accelerated for me," he explains. "I'm glad I made money, in other words. And I'm glad I got married."

The British filmmaker also welcomed a baby boy with girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley in September 2011, though Ritchie says he's not big on sharing parenting tips.
"I'm f-cking glad no one gave me too much advice. You've got to work it out for yourself," he tells Details. "And I am anti people putting so much pressure on kids and robbing their childhood by giving them so much homework. I think if kids want to arse around, then they should."

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore have broken their Twitter silence in the spirit of the holiday season.

The estranged celebrity power-couple -- who announced their split after six years of marriage earlier this month, amid rumors of infidelity on Kutcher's part -- both reignited their social-media presence in recent days, to reflect on the Thanksgiving holiday.

Twitter super-user Kutcher, who has amassed 8.5 million Twitter followers and famously beat CNN to become the first user of the service to reach 1 million followers in 2009, fired up his account following an unusually long dormant period on Wednesday to share his thoughts of gratitude with the masses.
"I’m thankful for family, friends, you, & time to reach my potential. What are you thankful for? #thanksgiving," Kutcher wrote.

The 33-year-old "Two and a Half Men" actor, who's normally fairly active on Twitter, has remained absent from the service since tweeting that he will "forever cherish" the time that he spent with Moore. That missive was published on Nov. 17 -- the same day that Moore announced the split.
Of course, Kutcher had become a bit tweet-shy even before then. A week prior, the actor announced that he was handing over his Twitter account to his production company, Katalyst  Media, since coming out in support of fired Penn State coach Joe Paterno -- later acknowledging that he didn't know the facts when he tweeted.
Perhaps inspired by her soon-to-be-ex-husband's digital display of gratitude, Moore fired up her Twitter account Friday to lament that the country reserves just one day of the year to express its collective appreciation.

"Why do we have only 1 day for giving thanks? Is that why so many people feel unappreciated?" Moore pondered. "Make this 1 of 365 days of Thanksgiving!"

Prior to that, Moore's last tweet was also on Nov. 17, in response to a question from other users about a photo of the actress out on the town.
Moore's split from Kutcher followed months of speculation that Kutcher had been unfaithful. The scuttlebutt came to a head in September, on the weekend of the couple's sixth wedding anniversary. Moore spent the weekend in New York, where she was promoting her Lifetime movie "Five." Kutcher, meanwhile, was spotted with his former "That '70s Show" co-star Danny Masterson at the Fluxx nightclub in San Diego -- where, according to local blonde Sara Leal, Kutcher enjoyed a sexual romp with her.

It was supposed to be about Kim Kardashian and her sister Kourtney. But all eyes were on Kim and Kris Humphries on Sunday as the new Kardashian reality show premiered on E! – offering a glimpse into the dynamics of a marriage that imploded spectacularly last month after just 72 days.

Kourtney & Kim Take New York begins with the news of Kris and Kim's breakup, then flashes back to eight weeks earlier, as the newlyweds try to adjust to their new lives together. There was trouble from the beginning.

Living arrangements, professional commitments, personal habits – it seems Kim and Kris couldn't see eye to eye on much of anything.

First, the couple, who had never lived together before, decide to live with Kourtney and her husband Scott – an arrangement that quickly turns sour after Kris fails to bond with Kourtney (whose new holistic lifestyle involves naked yoga) or her baby, Mason, whose play area was right outside the newlyweds' bedroom.

At Opposites

Kim and Kris also seem to be opposites when it comes to cleanliness. She's a neat freak, he's not. To make matter worse, he admits to intentionally leaving clothes strewn about just to get on Kim's nerves.

Then, perhaps most significantly, Kris doesn't seem interested in Kim's professional life – and he's worried about his own.

He has no time for the pomp and circumstance of Kim's big "Welcome to New York" party, making her do all the press and bristling when told it's time to cut their welcoming cake. "You care about that. I don't give a f––," he says.

Kris, an NBA player who usually works out in Los Angeles or Minnesota, also frets about getting used to training in New York. "Everything in New York is screwing me up. I don't feel like I'm in my training element," he says, after spending a late night out with Kim.

By the end of the episode, he tells Kim he's going back to Minnesota. "We're gonna live separate? Like a long-distance marriage?" Kim asks.

Early in the episode, Kris tells Kim: "You're my wife now. It's going to take a lot to get rid of me." By the end, it's not too surprising that it didn't take much at all.

Miley Cyrus: I'm a 'Stoner'

Miley Cyrus is a self-proclaimed "stoner."

The Hannah Montana star turned 19 on Nov. 23, and celebrated with a birthday party thrown by pal Kelly Osbourne at Beacher's Madhouse at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

In a video of the private bash obtained by The Daily, Cyrus seemingly admits to being a fan of smoking marijuana.

"This is amazing," she says of a cake baked to look like known pot-smoker Bob Marley, which Osbourne presented to her friend. "You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a 'Bob Miley' cake. You know you smoke way too much f––ing weed."

Osbourne then takes the mic and tells the birthday girl, "I thought salvia was your problem, Miley."

While celebrating her 18th birthday last year, Cyrus was seen smoking salvia, a legal herb with hallucinogenic effects, from a bong at a party.

"It was a bad decision," she said of the incident, which was caught on camera, "because of my fans and because of what I stand for."

A rep for Cyrus could not immediately be reached for comment about the latest incident.

But Osbourne Tweeted about it – and claimed it was all a joke: "let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE!" she wrote. "the cake was also A JOKE! it makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called 'friends' would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!"

Osbourne continued in another Tweet hash-tagged #think: "u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner!"

For some, the holidays are the perfect time to take a break from their yearly diet, but Jennifer Love Hewitt won't be indulging this holiday season.

The actress, 32, says she's buckling down to prepare for January when she'll start filming racy scenes in the TV series extension of her 2010 Lifetime movie, The Client List.

Playing a mom who gets into prostitution to make ends meet, Hewitt tells PEOPLE, "I will be in lingerie a lot, so I'll be working out. I will not be eating for the holidays."

Hewitt, who enjoys making – and devouring – mashed potatoes during this time of year, says she'll be doing Pilates while her family enjoys the food.

"This year will be loads of fun for me," she said, laughing sarcastically.

But once the holiday temptations pass, Hewitt has a lot to look forward to in 2012. Not only does she start filming her sexy Lifetime series, but she also guest stars in an episode of Hot in Cleveland with Joe Jonas that airs on Jan. 25. The TV Land comedy's season premiere is on Nov. 30 at 10 p.m.
