Is she meeting his family for the holidays?

Blake Lively was in Vancouver with her beau Ryan Reynolds, whose parents and brothers live in the area. During their Canadian visit, the two were spotted at the Original Cupcake Shop, where they picked up a small cake and several cupcakes. "They seemed like a really sweet couple," an employee tells us.

The two, who have been spotted getting cozy in New York and in Boston, also stepped out for breakfast at Benny's Bagels, followed by a shopping trip along West Fourth Avenue. The Gossip Girl star scoped out the clothes at Gravity Pope, and she would ask Reynolds's opinions about her wardrobe choices.

Says an in-store stylist: "[They were] super nice to work with." "You can just tell they were together and very happy." – Christine Kilpatrick

Jon Bon Jovi is still livin' on a prayer.

A fake press release reporting that the singer, 49, had died during a tour stop in New Jersey gained major buzz on the Internet late Monday, sparking confusion and concern among fans.

But don't fret, the rocker is still kicking – and even seems to have a sense of humor about the ordeal.

Bon Jovi joked about the rumor on the band's Twitter feed, posting a picture Monday night with the caption, "Heaven looks a lot like New Jersey -jbj. Rest assured that Jon is fine! This photo was just taken."

The heartthrob wasn't the only musician falsely believed to have died on Monday.

In the wake of North Korean President Kim Jong-il's – real – death Sunday, the misinformed took to Twitter en masse to report that rapper Lil' Kim had passed away.

Jay-Z may have been in Sin City for his Watch the Throne tour with Kanye West, but the rapper also made plenty of time for his pregnant wifeand partying with his fans: On Saturday, Beyoncé and her hubby attended the early performance of Cirque du Soleil's show, Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour, at the Mandalay Bay Events Center. Afterward, the couple ventured backstage to meet some of the show's 64 artists. Later in the night, Jay-Z headed to Tao with his guy friends. And his arrival was heralded by a six-piece marching band – led by a little person – which traveled through the crowd of clubgoers to greet him at his VIP table. The champagne flowed all night, and before leaving at 3 a.m., Jay-Z hopped into the deejay booth to thank his fans and DJ Ross One for the fun night

Michael Jackson's Children Update

Michael Jackson's Children: How Are They Doing?

Michael Jackson's Children: How Are They Doing?
Prince, Blanket and Paris Jackson

As the two-and-a-half year anniversary of Michael Jackson's death approaches, the pop star's children are keeping busy carrying on his legacy.

Prince, Paris, and Blanket recently attended a taping of The X Factor, checked out the Las Vegas opening of Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour by Cirque du Soleil and the Michael Jackson Fan Fest memorabilia exhibit. And now Paris, 13, has landed her first acting role in the film Lundon's Bridge and the Three Keys.

"They're doing well," their uncle Marlon tells PEOPLE.

Much of the credit for their happiness goes to their grandmother, Katherine, who has been raising the kids since their father's death. "My grandmother is 81, but she’s very hands-on," says their first cousin Genevieve, Randy's daughter.

While they may be mini-celebs with multimillion-dollar trust funds reportedly waiting for them when they turn 30 – their father's estate earned $445 million in the past two years alone, according to Forbes – the kids are leading relatively normal lives.

After years of home-schooling, Prince, 14, and Paris now attend a private school. "They love the social aspect of it," says a family insider, noting Prince is "a great student" and "really popular with the girls." Paris, meanwhile, plays on the boys' flag-football team but isn't dating. Explains the insider: "She's got too many uncles keeping an eye on her."

As for little brother Blanket (real name: Prince Michael II), 9, the shy boy is schooled at their seven-bedroom Calabasas, Calif., home, where he's also been getting an education in the kitchen. "He likes cooking," says the insider. "He'll make cakes and cupcakes. The staff chef helps him."

But the real passion for all three kids is entertainment. While Paris is focused on acting, her brothers are into filmmaking. "Prince and Blanket want to be directors," says Genevieve, a music artist. "They make home movies together and recruit their cousins to act in them.” She adds, "The cousins are all very close.”

Having that bond is how the Jackson 3 remain grounded, says their uncle Jackie. "They stay with the family. That's what it's about. We keep a close watch on them."

Playboy photos of Lindsay Lohan wearing nothing but red lipstick wound up on the Internet on Friday, several days before the magazine was to hit newsstands.

As promised by Hugh Hefner, the spread is an homage to Marilyn Monroe's iconic photo in Playboy, with Lohan as a platinum blonde sprawled against a red velvet background.

In an interview accompanying the photo spread, Lohan, 25, says, "I have no idea why there is this fascination with everything I do."

The images were leaked online just days after the magazine's cover showing the naked actress straddling the famed rabbit logo also prematurely hit the Internet.

A Playboy rep says, "Someone took photos of Lindsay’s pictorial in an advanced copy of the January/February issue. They posted the photos online without permission."

Hefner later Tweeted that the issue will now be released earlier than planned and "will make the perfect Christmas issue for men in your life – father, son, husband, boyfriend, whoever."

Michelle Duggar Miscarries

A day of joyful anticipation has turned to anguish for Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar.

At a routine check-up Thursday to find out the sex of their 20th child, their doctor was unable to find a heartbeat and told the couple they had miscarried in the second trimester.

"After the appointment, we came back home and told the children," says Michelle, 45.

"We had just been talking about baby names last night and they were getting excited about naming a boy or a girl. It has been a real sad disappointment."

She says the family will select a name after they know if the baby was a boy or girl, and then plan to have a funeral service.

"I feel like my heart broke telling my children," says Michelle. "They have all been so excited about this baby and looking forward to April coming around and having a new little one in our arms. That was the most difficult. The Lord is the giver of life and he can choose when that life is ready to go on and be with Him."

The stars of TLC's 19 Kids and Counting previously weathered a medical ordeal with their youngest daughter, Josie, who was born in December 2009.

This was their second miscarriage; Michelle lost her baby during her second pregnancy. She was taking oral birth control at the time and cites this as one reason the couple together decided to leave the number of children they have "up to God."
