Bieber was at the N.Y.C. superstore to debut his new perfume, "Someday," and went outside to greet fans who hadn't made it into the unveiling.
According to witnesses, when the pop sensation exited the doors, the man leaped over a metal barrier and knocked him to the ground. The man was taken from the scene by police.
Bieber appeared uninjured but very "shaken up," according to local news reports.
