March28am-2 Reese Witherspoon Marries Jim Toth!

The Academy Award-winning beauty tied the knot with her fiancé, CAA entertainment agent Jim Toth, in a ceremony at her Ojai, Calif., ranch estate on Saturday evening, a rep for the actress confirmed to Access Hollywood on Sunday.

The couple, who became engaged in late December, treated guests to a pre-wedding cocktail hour before Reese walked down the aisle to the traditional nuptial tune of Wagner's "Here Comes the Bride," according to People.
Reese's best friend, Heather Rosenfield, reportedly served as matron of honor, while the actress's nieces served as flower girls, according to Us Weekly.

The ceremony lasted only 20 minutes and was officiated by the founder of Santa Monica's Thad's church, Reverend Jimmy Bartz.
The bride dazzled in a custom-designed Monique Lhullier gown and the couple exchanged weddings bands designed by jeweler William Goldberg, according to Us Weekly.
Among those in attendance were the bride's two children Ava and Deacon (accompanied by their father, Reese's first husband Ryan Phillippe), along with Sean Penn with Scarlett Johansson, Tobey Maguire, Renee Zellweger, Robert Downey Jr. with wife Susan, and Alyssa Milano with her fellow CAA agent husband, David Bugliari, according to People.

Reps for Reese were not immediately available for comment on the happy news when contacted by Access on Sunday.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com , Reese announced her engagement in late December 2010.

"They are engaged and they are extremely happy," a rep for Reese told Access at the time.
The former "Legally Blonde" star began dating Jim, 40, an agent at Creative Artists Agency (where Reese is a client), in January 2010.
This is the second marriage for the upcoming "Water for Elephants" star.
In 2007, she and actor Ryan Phillippe divorced after seven years of marriage and two children - Ava, now 11, and Deacon, now 7.
Reese originally filed for divorce from Ryan on November 8, 2006, citing "irreconcilable differences," but the divorce was not finalized until October 2007.
The former spouses met at Reese's 21st birthday party in 1997 and began dating shortly thereafter.
In April 1998, Ryan and Reese filmed "Cruel Intentions."
They were married in June 1999 in Charleston, South Carolina.
